- On the Job Training – Up to 75% reimbursement for trainee wages
- Work Based Learning – Up to $3510 in wages for WIOA eligible youth (18-24)
Alabama Technology Network (ATN)
Aids existing businesses solve needs through assessments, solution mapping and technical training and assistance
Regional coalitions of employers, educators, elected officials and resources to address workforce challenges
$1,000 federal tax credit for up to five apprentices
Existing Industry Training Program
Up to $15,000 in skills training costs for existing, full-time employees
Incumbent Worker Training Program
Up to $30,000 per training project ($60,000 lifetime) in skills training costs for existing, full-time employees
Employer federal tax credit of $2,400 - $9,600 per employee
